What is ReFinEd?

ReFinEd is a financial education app from Into The Eye Enterprise Co. It teaches investing and stock market concepts through structured lessons, quizzes, scenario practice, historical market casefiles, paper trading, and an educational AI mentor.

Who is ReFinEd for?

ReFinEd is built for learners who want a safer way to understand market language, investing concepts, and decision-making before risking real money. It can help beginners, students, adults building financial literacy, and returning learners who want structured practice.

Is ReFinEd financial advice?

No. ReFinEd is educational software. It does not provide personalized investment advice, recommend specific securities, manage assets, or replace a licensed financial professional.

Does ReFinEd use real money?

No. The portfolio simulator uses virtual money only. Market data is used for educational context and paper-trading practice; ReFinEd does not buy, sell, or hold real securities for users.

Access, Pricing, and Platforms

What is free vs Pro?

ReFinEd includes a free learning path with foundational lessons and core quiz practice. ReFinEd Pro unlocks additional lessons, advanced content, and premium learning features. Current subscription details are shown in the app before purchase.

Is ReFinEd available on Android and web?

Yes. ReFinEd is available as an Android app through Google Play and as a web/PWA experience at refined.intotheeye.work.

Does ReFinEd work offline?

Some Android app content and local progress features may remain available offline, depending on what has been loaded on the device. AI chat, live market data, subscriptions, and web/PWA access require an internet connection.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play subscriptions. Web/PWA billing, where available, is managed through the relevant web billing provider or account flow. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or local app data.

Data and Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Much of ReFinEd's learning progress, quiz activity, and paper-trading simulation data is designed around local/on-device storage. Account identity, subscription entitlement, AI chat processing, and website intake/support messages may involve third-party services described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account or data?

Use the account deletion page to request deletion of account-associated ReFinEd data. On-device data can also be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Does ReFinEd sell my data?

No. Into The Eye does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for advertising purposes.

What market data does ReFinEd use?

ReFinEd uses third-party market data for educational reference and paper-trading simulation. Market data may be delayed or incomplete and should not be used for live trading decisions.

What should I do if the AI mentor is unavailable?

AI features depend on external backend services and may briefly be unavailable during startup, maintenance, or provider issues. Try again after a short wait, and contact support if the issue continues.

Can I request a website or business software estimate?

Yes. The services intake form is available at /services/intake for small-business websites, landing pages, and practical custom business tools.
